Return Terms:

You can return jewelry back within 30 days of ordering, your returned jewelry must meet all of these criteria: 

• Jewelry must be unworn. No visible signs of use, including perfume, scents, etc.
• All original packaging must be included.
• We do not accept returns for the personalized jewelry or final sale items.

 

The following items are a final sale and are not eligible for a return:

• Sale items
• Jewelry care products and accessories
• Promotional discounts are subject to be a final sale

 

Please note; Not all returns are not treated the same, so please contact us before returning your order. A return shipping label will be generated if you qualify for a return within Canada and the USA. There will be a $7.95 USD charge for this shipping label.

 

For international orders: buyers will be responsible for shipping the package back to us. Packages that incur duties/customs or handling fees will not be accepted.

  

Damaged Product?

If you had an issue with the product shipped to you, please send us the photo at info@thecrimsonstore.com our team will review and happy to work with you and offer a replacement.

 

Refunds:

Refund for eligible items is processed within 1-2 weeks after the package is received and inspected. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is processed. All refunds are processed back to original mode of payment.
